After your student has completed a bachelor's degree, you and your student may be discussing graduate school. Or your student's selected vocation may require more than a four-year degree. At Lancaster Bible College, we offer options for students seeking a bachelor/master dual degree as well as traditional graduate education programs. Students seeking an advanced degree can apply to LBC's iLEAD Center. This center serves adult learners by offering programs that enrich, equip and empower servant ministry leaders for global impact. There are five (5) master's degree programs with several concentration areas and eight (8) graduate certificate programs.

The premier academic programs offer:

• An international scope to bring biblically based learning opportunities to adults around the world.
• Leadership development to provide learning opportunities that cultivate the character and competencies necessary for leadership roles in church and secular organizations.
• Adult education to train competent teachers, pastors, counselors, social workers and other servant leaders.
• Discipleship to serve individuals and churches in the development of fully devoted followers of Christ.

Designed for “Life-Engaged” Learners

Adult learners typically work full-time, have family responsibilities and are active in their communities. They are what we call “life-engaged.” To help them continue their spiritual journey with fewer obstacles, the iLEAD Center offers convenient and flexible schedules, non-traditional programs on campus and online, along with blended learning options.
