Assistant Director of Financial Aid 01/08
Lancaster Bible College is seeking an Assistant Director of Financial Aid. This full-time professional staff position assists the Director of Financial Aid in the management of the federal and state financial aid programs as well as the college scholarship program. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in education or business administration and a minimum of two years experience in financial aid. Qualified candidates should possess organizational skills, detail oriented and have excellent oral and written skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. This position is available September 1.

Director of Marketing 12/07
Lancaster Bible College and Graduate School is seeking a Director of Marketing. This position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Marketing. The Director is responsible for implementation and fulfillment of marketing the institution, branding, recruitment marketing, promoting programs, academic conference/seminars and advertising in support of all on campus departments and contracted external groups. This is a hands-on type of position that will require extensive knowledge of current new web media communications, products, and their uses as well as traditional radio, print, and TV. The Director of Marketing will have ability to manage graphic designers and/or creative agencies with some hands-on capability with extensive writing, publication design, and media buying.

Enrollment Counselor 04/08
Lancaster Bible College is seeking an Enrollment Counselor in our Enrollment Services Department. This full-time professional staff position assists in the promotion of the College and recruitment of students to further the mission of LBC. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from a Bible college. Organizational recruiting experience is also preferred. Qualified candidates should possess computer proficiency with a basis in Microsoft Office, organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to self start, and the ability to handle confidential matters within Federal regulations. Facilities Custodian 10/07
Lancaster Bible College seeks qualified candidates for a Facilities Custodian. Qualifications include a minimum of two years experience in janitorial and maintenance-related work and a valid driver’s license. The Facilities Custodian will oversee cleaning services across the campus and also assist in maintenance tasks as necessary. Flexible schedule available with day and evening hours.

Sports Information Director 04/08
Lancaster Bible College, a Christian institution competing in the NCAA Division III and NCCAA Division II, seeks a full-time Sports Information Director. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and carries responsibility for all aspects of a 10 varsity sport athletic program, including but not limited to: preparing news and hometown feature releases, reporting results of all sports competitions to local media, maintaining and improving Athletic Department websites, updating statistical records and historical archives, arranging setup and breakdown of computer equipment for collection of in-games statistics using StatCrew Software, exchanging data electronically with opponents, recruiting and supervising student game staff relating to stats and game management. The qualified person is responsible for coordinating photographers and designing game-day programs. Bachelor’s degree required; at least 2 years of sports information related experience in the college envir

The focus of teaching will be primarily at the undergraduate level (with opportunity to teach at the graduate level) in Theology. The candidate should have a minimum of an earned Ph.D. or Th.D. from an accredited institution and evidence of effective higher educational teaching. Five years of ministry experience is preferred.

Dean of Graduate Education 03/08
The Academic Affairs Department of Lancaster Bible College and Graduate School is seeking a Dean of Graduate Education. The Dean provides leadership and administration for the Graduate School. Responsibilities include planning, supervising, executing, coordinating, and evaluating graduate education to ensure significant and continuous progress towards achieving its mission and objectives. The Dean is a member of the Academic Administrative Leadership Team consisting of the Undergraduate and Graduate Deans and the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Qualifications include at least 5 years of successful ministry in a Christian institution of higher education, demonstrated administrative ability, and an earned doctorate.

Health and Physical Education Department Professor 03/08
Lancaster Bible College is seeking a Health & Physical Education Department professor. This full-time faculty position is responsible for providing classroom instruction and academic advisement in the Health and Physical Education Department programs. The candidate must have a minimum of an earned Master's degree from an accredited institution preferably in the field of Sports Management/Ministry or Health and Physical Education. Five years of sports management/ministry or health and physical education experience and successful coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level is required. Experience teaching at the collegiate level is preferred.

Social Work Professor 03/08
Lancaster Bible College is seeking a Social Work Professor. This full-time faculty position is responsible for administrating all aspects of the undergraduate Social Work program. This faculty member will teach an appropriate number of courses each semester in the Social Work program, manage the Social Work curriculum, and maintain a variety of adjunct professors to support the program. The candidate must have a graduate degree in the Social Work field, preferably an earned doctorate. Candidates should also have an effective experience base in Social Work and teaching topics in Social Work.

The Biblical Counseling Department of Lancaster Bible College is seeking a half-time professor of Biblical Counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family counseling. The responsibilities include teaching 2 graduate courses, advising students and internships, as well as some office hours. The candidate must have a minimum of a master's degree, with a doctorate preferred, and 5 years of experience in higher education in marriage and family counseling. The targeted start date for this position is January of 2008.

Lancaster Bible College is seeking a mature individual to assist the Business Office with managing student accounts receivable. This position exists to serve students to help them care for their tuition and room & board bills and to support the Assistant Director of Finance in processing all student account services from invoicing to collections. Due to the time required to learn the details of the job, LBC is looking for a person with a long-term interest in serving the College. The volunteer should have two years experience in accounts receivable and possess computer skills for Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as general accounting applications.
