News and MediaLancaster Bible College and Graduate School will host its annual missions conference January 14-18, 2008 in the Good Shepherd Chapel on the campus at 901 Eden Road, Lancaster. This year’s theme will be “Causing an Effect in the World.” The featured speaker will be Lon Allison, Director of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Center.
Lon Allison is a Christian communicator, evangelist, professor, pastor and performing artist who has served as a youth minister, pastor of three churches, a denominational and para-church leader, and as a guest speaker at churches and conferences worldwide the last 30 years. He has published two books and numerous articles on topics of evangelism, spiritual formation, preaching, church growth, and leadership. He has served as Director of the Billy Graham Center, IL for the last nine years. He is also Associate Professor of Evangelism and Leadership at Wheaton College Graduate School in Illinois.
The public is invited to the main sessions, which will be 9:15-11:45 am Tuesday through Friday, as well as seminars that will run from 12:00-3:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday.For More Information Contact Sherry Green
