News and MediaLancaster Bible College and Graduate School will host a seminar on Current Theological and Ministry Trends March 3, 2008, from 8:30 am to 12 noon in the Good Shepherd Chapel on the campus at 901 Eden Road, Lancaster. This seminar is designed for local church pastors and professional staff.
Speakers for the seminar will be Dr Jay Desko and Dr Charles Zimmerman. Dr Desko is the Executive Director of the Center for Ministry Advancement, where he provides consultation and training to a variety of churches and organizations on areas such as: Leadership Development, Leadership Coaching, Ministry Assessment, Strategic Planning and Change Cultivation. He is also Pastor of Ministry Development at Calvary Church in Souderton, PA. Dr Zimmerman serves as the Thomas V. Taylor Professor of Practical Theology at Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA. He is a pastoral practitioner, having pastored congregations for over 26 years and is currently serving as the Teaching Pastor for Calvary Church in Souderton, PA.
