"Assessment is a process in which rich usable credible feedback comes to be reflected upon by an academic community and then is acted on by that community within its commitment to get smarter and better at what it does." T. J. Marchese
The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment exists to coordinate all research and assessment activities on campus with the goal of institutional renewal. These activities include all aspects of research and assessment on campus (academic and student support units) at all educational levels (the non-credit Institute of Biblical Enrichment, all traditional undergraduate programs, the Degree Completion Program, and all graduate programs). The Director of Institutional Research and Assessment oversees the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment and reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
