Heather Gale has been coaching the women’s soccer team at Lancaster Bible College since 2006. Her focus, from the beginning, has been to set a standard of commitment and excellence for the women’s team. By joining the NCAA Division III and playing against other competitive DIII schools, it has helped to catapult this process.
Before coming to Lancaster Bible College, Gale coached at the high school level as well as being involved with camps and clinics at every level. She holds her Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Gale, a 2004 graduate of West Chester University (West Chester, PA), captained her team during her senior season to its best finish in school history at that time. The team received its first berth in the NCAA Division II Playoffs and made it to the Northeast Regional Final.
