Degree Completion Program
"At the time I was a student at LBC I had already been in the ministry for 17 years. However, I had never completed my degree. So, when I learned about the DCP program and LBC's discount for people who had been in ministry for at least two years I was overjoyed to be able to enroll in the program. The school did an excellent job of working with me to transfer my credits from other schools and my military training and service. The schedule and course work of the program worked well with my ministry and family responsibilities in part because of an understanding leadership team who were supportive of my education goal."

"I never would have imagined that so soon after completing the Degree Completion Program, the Lord would immerse me into ministry. An outcome of my DCP Christian service requirement as a Chaplain Associate at a local hospital has provided me with a unique ministry opportunity. After graduation, I accepted an offer of employment as the hospital Ambassador. An Ambassador is a patient advocate, a liaison between the patient and the hospital. As an Ambassador, I am encouraged to share my faith and provide support to patients and their families through prayer and the sharing of Scripture."
