Dr. Ling Dinse is an Assistant Professor in the Counseling and Social Work Department. Ling was a congregational counselor at Elizabethtown BIC Church for 17 years, serving the church and community. She is active as a speaker in the areas of racial reconciliation, marriage enrichment, parenting, social justice, and poverty. Originally from Hong Kong, Ling attended Houghton College and completed her B.A. at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Ling earned her MSW degree at SUNY Buffalo, School of Social Work in 1996. Ling earned her doctorate of social work at Millersville University. Ling and her husband, Dan, have two teenage daughters, Erica and Elaina. Ling serves as a board member for the Brethren In Christ (BIC) denomination Atlantic Conference and Barnabas Initiatives.
