Wade Mullen received a Bachelors degree with a Pre-Seminary concentration from Cairn University. He then completed the MA in Ministry degree with a concentration in leadership studies at Capital Seminary & Graduate School. In 2018, Wade completed his Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Leadership from Lancaster Bible College|Capital Seminary & Graduate School. His dissertation was titled, “Impression Management Strategies Used by Evangelical Organizations in the Wake of an Image-Threatening Event.” Wade has a passion for helping leaders and organizations respond to crises in ways that emulate the character of God.

When Wade was starting out as an undergrad at Cairn University, he asked God to grant him the privilege of knowing and serving Him in the trenches of ministry and not just in the classroom. God has answered that prayer in more ways than Wade could have ever envisioned. Having volunteered in numerous ministry roles, worked in various capacities as a pastor in two different churches, and having sought to embody and proclaim the Gospel wherever he is, Wade has had the joyful privilege of serving others in the trenches of ministry for the glory of God.

Wade has been married to his wife, Sarita, for seven years. Together they have three young children named Maya, Wyatt, and Haven.

Advice

“As we seek as a learning community to become those who are governed by love and obedience to Jesus Christ, my prayer is that we will learn to lead and minister like the Great Servant, who came not to be served, but to serve.” — Wade Mullen
