Introducing LBC | Capital – Philadelphia

July 31, 2017

In an ongoing effort to clarify the relationship between the Lancaster campus of Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School and its other locations, the Philadelphia location has officially changed its name. Formerly known as the Center for Urban Theological Studies, or CUTS, the location will now be called Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School – Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia location of LBC | Capital offers a number of bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees and certificates through the college’s accelerated undergraduate degrees program, including:

“We remain grateful for our relationship of many years with CUTS,” said John Zeswitz, executive vice president of LBC | Capital. “And we are grateful for the ongoing impact that the newly-renamed LBC | Capital – Philadelphia location will have as we continue to prepare, equip and train ministry leaders in Philadelphia through biblical higher education.”

Zachary Ritvalsky, site director of LBC | Capital – Philadelphia, echoed Zeswitz’ sentiments. “We’re proud to take on the LBC | Capital name,” he said. “Taking on this name helps us take another step to distinguish ourselves as a resource for Christ-centered education in the greater Philadelphia area.”
