LBC to Host Concert in Honor of the Reformation

October 5, 2017

Lancaster Bible College is set to host A Mighty Fortress, a special concert honoring the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. The performances will take place on November 3 and 4 at 7 p.m. on the college’s Lancaster Campus. Tickets are available for purchase at lbc.edu/events.

Students and faculty from LBC and renowned regional professionals are all teaming up to perform Felix Mendelssohn’s Reformation Symphony, Johannes Sebastian Bach’s Reformation Cantata and Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy.

“What better way to celebrate the Reformation than through music?” said Dr. Philip Dearborn, provost of LBC. “We invite the community to come and join us for what are sure to be awe-inspiring performances.”
