LBC to Host Mock Crime Scene

August 23, 2017

Lancaster Bible College is set to host a mock crime scene, complete with a broken safe, fingerprints and fake cadaver, for prospective students interested in earning a bachelor’s degree criminal justice. This free event will take place Saturday, September 23 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at LBC, located at 901 Eden Road in Lancaster.

Attendees will have the chance to interact with the mock crime scene that will be staged on fourth floor the college’s library. Following a walk through the display, those attending will have a chance to chat with the criminal justice program coordinator, John Churchville, and interact with admissions counselors. Light refreshments will be provided.

The college’s undergraduate criminal justice degree is available online and on campus and is the newest program to be added to LBC’s growing undergraduate offerings.

“We’re excited to give prospective students a chance to peek into the work of those in the criminal justice system,” said Churchville. “If you’ve ever thought about studying criminal justice – whether you’re 17 or 70 – we’d love to have you join us!”
