While most colleges offer Career Services to help students navigate their occupational path after graduation, Lancaster Bible College is committed to making sure students “Experience Different,” even when it comes to the Career Services realm.
One of LBC’s four key differentiators is “Relational Education,” which means that the college’s faculty and staff tailor their interactions to students’ unique interests, gifts and talents and help align them with God’s calling. Investing in tomorrow’s leaders, dedicated professors help students discern and develop their potential, making a degree from LBC a valuable aspect of their future — wherever God calls them.
Helping students explore their God-given passions from a biblical worldview, LBC prepares graduates to fulfill the college mission as they “proclaim Christ by serving Him in the Church and society,” putting a rare integration of faith-based, personalized mentorship and academic quality on display.
Along these lines, LBC’s Career Services goes beyond helping students simply find jobs. Dedicated to helping students navigate the path from college to career with confidence and purpose, Career Services helps Chargers explore potential majors, fine-tune their resume, locate internships and on-campus work, and prepare for graduate school. LBC’s Career Services provides a wide range of services, resources and tools to support students’ journeys.
At LBC, the mission of Career Services is to both promote the value of biblical higher education as it relates to employment and to assist students in preparing to enter their chosen vocations directly or through further professional or graduate studies. With resources like major and career consulting, resume reviews, mock interviews and networking opportunities, Career Services is committed to equipping students with the tools they need to succeed in their chosen fields as they fulfill the LBC mission to “proclaim Christ by serving Him in the Church and society.”
