Shadey’s Rugged Run is a 3.5 mile mud/obstacle course designed to challenge participants as they go through water, fire, walls, mud pits, and more! Shadey's Rugged Run is being held on the campus of Lancaster Bible College at 901 Eden Road, Lancaster, PA, 17601-5036.
Timed Elite wave at 8 AM on Saturday, May 6, 2017! First open wave at 8:20 AM on Saturday, May 6, 2017!
Registration packets will be available for pick-up Friday, May 5 from 3-6 pm or anytime on May 6!
Unlike other mud events that charge anywhere from $20 to $40 per person just to come and watch, our spectators are totally free! We only ask for a $10 per car fee to park. So carpool and save a couple of bucks, but enjoy watching your friends and family without paying! Enjoy listening to the DJ and purchasing food from our vendors while your crazy friends and family slip and slide through mud! We have several spectator friendly areas and shortcuts for you to get there. Maps will be available the day of the event to guide you.
There is parking on campus and the only fee we ask is $10 per car. We do not charge a spectator fee. Please have cash on hand as you enter the campus. Additional satellite parking will be available off the main road, Eden Road if needed. The fee is still $10 to park there. A complimentary shuttle will transport participants back and forth.
**Please be aware that the campus does have classes, students who live on campus and employees who work on the weekend, and that all buildings are off limits for participants.**

A portion of the proceeds raised have been used to make capital improvements in the LBC athletic department. Over the past four years $84,000 worth of proceeds have been used to construct dugouts at the LBC softball field and to install a safer and more efficient bleacher system in the Horst Athletic Center. Because of everyone who has participated in Shadey’s Rugged Run, these improvements have allowed for continued growth in LBC athletic programs.Learn more about athletics at LBC!
