OneLife Application Process

OneLife is LBC's Gap Year Program

OneLife is proudly offered in partnership with Lancaster Bible College. Therefore, students who apply to OneLife first complete the entire admissions process to Lancaster Bible College before being considered for the OneLife program.

STEP 1 - Complete Your Application

You’ll need to answer basic questions about yourself, your church affiliation, your family and your educational background. For your convenience, choose between the online application or the printable application.

STEP 2 - Submit Autobiography

Complete a 500-word autobiographical essay. Because OneLife highly values the relational aspect of the program, we want to get to know you even before you arrive here as a student. We want to understand who you are and the journey that you have been on. Tell us about yourself, why you want to attend the OneLife program at LBC, and how you came to know Christ as your Savior.

STEP 3 - Request References and Transcripts

You will need to request your high school transcripts, SAT, ACT, or CLT scores. You will also need to request two references. Please send these documents to Lancaster Bible College.

STEP 4 - Interview

Once you have completed the entire admissions process to Lancaster Bible College, you will be contacted by the OneLife staff about setting up a personal interview which may be completed over the phone, through live video chat, or in person.

STEP 5 - Admissions Decision

Once your entire admissions file is complete and you have interviewed with a OneLife staff member, the OneLife staff will review your admissions file for admissions to the OneLife program. You will be notified by mail regarding your admissions status following this meeting.
