Maintenance Technician (Hourly Staff)

Our physical plant department is in immediate need of a Maintenance Technician. An ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years experience in maintenance-related work, specifically with mechanical trades experience, such as plumbing, HVAC-(heavy emphasis), and electrical. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule is required.

Scholarshare Representative

We are seeking an individual to join our team with the specific responsibility to maintain and further develop a strategic and comprehensive Scholarshare Fund for the College by: maintaining relationships with donors through personal visits – minimum of 250 per year; participating in key stewardship events; orchestrating the direct mail process; creatively addressing the scholarship funding needs and goals of the future; and evaluating our progress. Analysis, evaluating and reporting of programs is involved. Ideal candidate must be analytical and budget-minded with excellent interpersonal skills – extremely customer service oriented. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must possess a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in stewardship or the development field. Experience in a non-profit environment and general awareness of US tax laws and their relationship to the college are helpful. Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree desirable.

Assistant to the Executive Vice President

This high profile position exists to provide direct support and assistance to the Executive Vice President (EVP) by performing a wide variety of tasks and analysis related to College operations, strategic projects, and key initiatives.
The individual in this position will promote the College image by representing the EVP, internally and externally, and ensuring appropriate communication with the EVP in a customer-focused manner.
Ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience where multi-tasking and strong analytical skills have been demonstrated. Must have superior oral communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of College employees, students, and internal/external stakeholders. Advanced written composition skills and editing are critical. Advanced computer proficiency is required, preferably in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word (including Mail Merge), PowerPoint, and Desktop Publishing in Windows. Must be available to work occasional evening and weekend hours. Experience in a non-profit, educational environment is helpful.
