This page has been created to help you become an informed consumer of an LBC | Capital education, and to fulfill the College’s compliance with the disclosure requirements under the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA). Below is a list of the disclosure requirements, and links to pages that contain the information or where the information can be obtained. LBC | Capital will also provide to any interested parties appropriate documents upon request through mailings, publications or electronic media.

Intercollegiate Athletic Program (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act)

To access Equity in Athletics information on Lancaster Bible College, please visit Equity in Athletics Disclosure, type in Lancaster Bible College under Name of Institution, and click on Continue.

Voter Registration

At least 60 days prior to federal elections and state elections for governor, an email regarding voter registration will be sent to all enrolled Lancaster Bible College students by Student Affairs Office, informing students of a link to an electronic voter registration form. Forms will also be made available in the Student Affairs Office. Students from out of state will need to check with their individual state.
