If you’re a junior or senior in high school or home school, and you already know that God has called you for a special purpose, we want to give you a jump start on your college education. When you enter this unique major, you can take one tuition-free course each fall and spring semester. You can begin earning college credits before you graduate from high school!
Please see above for applicable application time frames. Please note that you cannot be accepted into the program until you have completed all requirements (including providing SAT/PSAT/ACT/CLT scores and your high school transcript).
The ACT and SAT take approximately three weeks to be delivered. The PSAT score can be included on your high school transcript, or retrieved from your account on College Board.

Each year, we post a Registration Booklet for the fall semester online at the end of May. The Registration Booklet for the spring semester will be online at the end of November. We offer general education classes as well as introductory classes for our various majors.
JumpStart students are eligible to take only fall and spring classes.
JumpStart students can participate in classes that have online components. Part of the JumpStart experience is being in class on campus, so all available JumpStart courses include classroom instruction.
During orientation, accepted JumpStart students meet with the JumpStart staff to learn about LBC’s electronic platforms, receive their username and password, tour the campus, review important dates, receive parking information, review college procedures, and receive other general information about the college.
