Facility Rental

Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Lancaster Bible College. We offer a warm, welcoming location for retreats, conferences, and camps both large and small. We offer our facilities and services to organizations, associations, and individuals in an endeavor to share the blessings of our restful campus environment. At Lancaster Bible College, you will receive quality service and hospitality along with prompt, well organized conference, event and meeting planning support.

Get the Process Started

  1. Make a request by contacting our Events Office at 717.560.8219 or submit a request form.
  2. The Events team will confirm if the facilities and dates are available. You will receive an email or a phone call response within 3 business days.
  3. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a contract with estimated costs.
  4. Your signature on the contract along with your deposit will finalize our agreement.
