Jeremy Campbell’s professional background consists of Human Resources and Business leadership with almost 20 years’ experience. His personal mission is to be the best possible version of himself and, in so doing, to help his organization and those in it become the best possible versions of themselves. His areas of specialty include strategic human resources, leadership development, organizational health, and business ethics. Prior to joining LBC, he held leadership positions in the construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and real estate development industries.  He also serves as on the board of directors for an employee-owned manufacturer in New Holland, PA. His doctoral dissertation focused on successful transitions of leadership among different generations in family-owned businesses.  He enjoys spending time with his family and his hobbies are supporting his children in their athletic and scholastic endeavors, volunteering at his church, and following the Philadelphia professional sports teams, especially the 76ers and the Union.
