Dr. Miller received his MA in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary in 1998 and an MSW from Temple University in 2003. He has worked in the field of child welfare since 1991 and has been a trainer for the University of Pittsburgh Child Welfare Resource Center since 2000. After retiring from the child welfare field in 2012 after 21 years, he led the BSW accreditation of the Social Work Program at LBC. He is earned his Doctor of Social Work from Capella University.
