Shanika is the Director of the Ally Center for Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School. In this role, Shanika leads a team that provides academic and writing services for students in every academic program at every location. Shanika has extensive experience teaching at both the K-12 and college levels. In addition to her work in the Ally Center, Shanika teaches writing courses at LBC | Capital & Graduate School. Her passion is empowering all students to engage more effectively in the writing process.
