General Information For Both Venues


Box Office Hours and Details*
  • A box office is located at each venue. In-person ticket purchases are available one hour prior to events or by appointment. 717.560.8241
  • Day of event: Venue box office opens 1 hour before an event.
  • Gift cards are available for purchase by calling the box office at 717.560.8241.
  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • Ticket exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours before an event with a $1/ticket exchange fee. Ticket exchanges to a different event may incur an upcharge as well as the ticket exchange fee if the new event tickets are at a different price point. All other scenarios are handled case-by-case at the discretion of the Operations Manager.

That series include LBC’s Christmas concert, LBC plays and musicals, LBC’s large McIllwaine concert, and Arts & Culture presents concerts, theatre and dance at The Trust. Discounts*
  • Arts & Culture Season Members save 20%. To learn more about member and subscriber benefits and to purchase a membership, visit the Box Office or call 717.560.8241.
  • Groups of 10 or more patrons are eligible for a 10% discount when tickets are purchased in a single transaction.
  • Student discounts are available. Student pricing is applicable for children age 3 and up, and grades K-12 as well as students currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree program with valid student ID. For higher education students, please be prepared to show Student ID upon purchase, entry and/or at will-call.

General

Coat racks are available for your convenience. Lancaster Bible College and The Trust are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.


Late Arrivals

Patrons who arrive late are seated at the discretion of house management and may be asked to wait at the doors until an appropriate break in the program. Patrons may be seated in a chair closest to the venue entrance until intermission. This policy is subject to change based upon the discretion of the House Manager or the specific requirements of the event.


Lost and Found

The Trust Performing Arts Center and Lancaster Bible College’s Good Shepherd Chapel have a lost and found area. If you lose an item at one of our events, please call our box office at 717.560.8241 and we will arrange a time to return it to you.


Recording

Photography, video and audio recording without express written permission from management is strictly prohibited in accordance with law. Violators are subject to ejection from the premises and may be liable for monetary damages. Thank you for your compliance.


Recycling

Baskets for recycling programs are available upon exiting your event. Bottle recycling receptacles are placed throughout the facilities.


Refreshments

Are available for purchase in the lobby at select events. Please keep drinks lidded while in the venue.


Safety
  • In case of emergency, please make your way calmly through the EXIT doors and follow signs to the street level.
  • For first aid assistance, please visit the lobby front desk.
  • Please keep all aisles free of personal items.

The Good Shepherd Chapel

Accessibility
  • The Good Shepherd Chapel is equipped with an elevator for convenient access to our second floor/balcony. For general admission seating events, there are wheelchair accessible seats and companion seats available. For assigned seating events, there are also ADA accessible seats available. A wheelchair spot must be selected in order for the companion seats to be available for purchase as well.
  • Service animals, as outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are always welcome at the Good Shepherd Chapel. The ADA defines a service animal as an animal that has been trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Dogs or other animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
Parking

For events at LBC’s Good Shepherd Chapel, parking is available in any open space. Please leave ADA-accessible parking spots for those in need.

Rentals

The Good Shepherd Chapel has limited availability for event rentals. These are managed by the college’s events team. Please contact the Events Office at events@lbc.edu for more information.

Restrooms

At LBC’s Good Shepherd Chapel, Restrooms are located on the first floor adjacent to the lobby. A single stall and ADA accessible restroom is also located on the first floor lobby. Additionally, restrooms can also be found on the second floor outside the balcony doors. Women’s restrooms are on the second floor, lobby left; men’s restrooms are second floor, lobby right.

The Trust Performing Arts Center

Accessibility
  • The Trust is equipped with an elevator for convenient access to our second floor, which houses the Great Hall, Board Room and Black Box Theatre. If you use a wheelchair and require companion seating, please let our Box Office know in advance so that we can easily accommodate you.
  • Service animals, as outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are always welcome at The Trust Performing Arts Center. The ADA defines a service animal as an animal that has been trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Parking

For events at The Trust Performing Arts Center, parking is available for an hourly fee at the Hager Parking Lot and the Prince Street Garage. Street parking is free after 6 p.m. and on Sundays throughout the city.
