Dr. Woods, a native of New York City, worked for nineteen years in banking and finance achieving the level of vice-president in New York’s largest bank. In 1982 he left his position and the New York area to direct the activities of a Christian camp in Pennsylvania. Dr. Woods became the senior pastor of the Hanover Evangelical Free Church in south-central Pennsylvania in 1987. He also serves on the faculty of Lancaster Bible College as an adjunct professor of Bible and Theology, since 1999. Dr. Woods married Laurie Wagner of New York and together they have two boys and a girl, all Bible college graduates. Dr. Woods and his wife, Laurie, have three adult children, all Bible college graduates.
