Mrs. Judy Heckaman, an alumnus of LBC | Capital, has served in the role of assistant to the president to three LBC | Capital presidents. Her wealth of experience, knowledge of the institution and strong administrative skills serve her well as she supports the work of the college cabinet, the board of Trustees and presidential office team.
