Kirk Belmont

Kirk was born and raised in Fairport, NY – a suburb of Rochester. He attended Cedarville College (now Cedarville University) where he met his wife, Valerie, at an ice skating party in 1988. They were married in June of 1990 and then moved to Indiana where Kirk completed his master’s degree at Grace Theological Seminary. After 15 years in pastoral ministry Kirk headed back to school and in 2010 earned a Doctor of Ministry in Advanced Missional Leadership from Biblical Seminary (now Missio Seminary) in Philadelphia, PA.

Kirk has been in Pastoral Ministry since 1994. He served in a church plant from 1995-1997, as an Associate Pastor from 1997-2011 at Hershey Free Church, and as Lead Pastor of Hope Community Church from 2011 to present.

Kirk and Valerie currently reside in Elizabethtown. They have 3 adult children, 2 of whom are married, and 2 high school age children still at home. In his spare time Kirk enjoys backpacking, trout fishing, hunting, working in the garden and spending time with his family.
