Larry Rohrer retired as CEO of The Rohrer Family of Companies (One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mr. Sparky Electric) transitioning the business to his son, Scott , now third generation owner and CEO. Larry’s parents started the business in 1958 and Larry began to work in the family business and in 1986 purchased the business. Using Biblical Financial Principles as a guideline and depending on his life verse of Romans 12:1-2, the family business grew to a multi-million dollar company. Since 1997, the business has operated debt-free with double digit net profits serving thousands of residential clients each year. Larry will share that the key to success is vision, discipline, and knowing your numbers on a daily basis and then responding accordingly as they relate to the business plan and budget. Larry serves on the Board of Trustees of LBC.
