This department represents a decisive strategy to train global ministry leaders for the 21st century. Each of the eight specialized majors is designed to create servant leaders, with a focused emphasis based on each student’s unique calling, spiritual giftedness, and passion.

By emphasizing godly character and developing leadership skills in field training, LBC prepares graduates to lead with integrity and confidence. Intensive internships and practicums in each major reinforce our commitment to balance biblical truth with classroom principles and practical experience – at times, in a cross-cultural context.
